*There are a few other articles from different media outlets with slightly different ingredients. Some with less toast, some with no shake, others with tuna instead of oily fish. But, this is all meant it good fun, try not to take it too seriously.

NOTES:

I had some difficulty with 'beard-cam' refusing to focus half way through, so pretty much abandoned it and went old school with just the front frame. Let me know if you like having two camera angles or prefer just the one.
