Marinated Tofu and Tempeh with Spinach and Cauliflower | Vegan Ketogenetic Diet
This dish is very tasty and easy to make. Garam Masala seasoning mixture adds a little bit of an Indian taste.
With pressing the tofu between two clean and dry dishtowels it gets firmer and easier to work with.
This dish is gluten free and vegan, low in carbohydrates, high in fats and high in protein. It is an ideal meal if you follow a ketogenetic diet for fat loss. I counted the caloric content with cronometer.com.
It filled my stomach quite quickly, the amount of food you see on the plate was actually too much for me, I had to finish a 1/3 of it later.
The creamy cashew sauce makes it so delicious and creamy that you won't miss any oil in the marinades, I promise.
